Originally from Venezuela, I grew up in a multicultural environment that shaped my curiosity and the way I approach design. I’m drawn to the structure underneath things — the patterns, the constraints, and the moments where clarity unlocks possibility.
I spent the last six years at Bigtincan leading platform-scale initiatives across a complex SaaS ecosystem: navigation unification, multi-year workflow modernization, design systems, and early AI-driven experiences. I joined as a junior and grew into a senior role where I shaped direction, improved cross-functional processes, and worked closely with PMs, engineering, research, and leadership.
